Please read carefully:

Our small, independent business depends on maximising occupancy, and cancellations can often result in empty villas.  We advise all guests to obtain travel and cancellation policy insurance.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

The balance of your reservation is due 14 days prior to your arrival. By booking with us, you authorise Exmouth Escape Resort to process your credit card payment 14 days before check-in.

Excludes NON-REFUNDABLE rates 

Promotion bookings may be subject to varying terms and conditions or availability periods. For non-refundable rates, payment is required at the time of booking, with no changes to the dates allowed and no refunds provided.

To avoid the credit card surcharge and pay via direct bank transfer, please refer to your confirmation email for our bank account details or contact us at least 21 days before your arrival. stay@exmouthescaperesort.com.au

For NON-REFUNDABLE  rates, direct transfer must be made at the time of booking.

Cancellations or date changes made within 14 days of arrival will result in all monies being forfeited. *Excludes NON-REFUNDABLE rates 
– All amendments or cancellations must be submitted via email. If your reservation was made through a third-party provider, you must cancel directly with them. Please note that we do not accept cancellations or amendments over the phone.

– No refunds will be issued for no-shows, changes of mind within 14 days of arrival, or early departures.
– Cancellations or changes made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee.

Force Majeure Event Policy
In the event of force majeure any booking may be rescheduled within the next 12 months but there is no refund of payments.
Force Majeure Event” means any act of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, cyclone or any other extreme weather conditions, loss of power, epidemics or pandemics (including COVID-19), industrial disputes, slow-downs or other strike activities, riots or civil unrest, acts of government, semi government or other authorities, state and or federal government restrictions, including but not limited to restrictions on travel and gatherings, inability to obtain any necessary licence or consent and delays caused by sub-contractors, suppliers or other third parties (including telecommunications carriers), material shortages or other disruption to services provided by the Manager beyond its control.

General Policy
At Exmouth Escape Resort, we strive to provide a secure and comfortable environment for all our guests. Please be aware of the following policies:

Valuables: We are not responsible for any loss of money, jewellery, or other valuables. Please ensure your villa is locked when unattended.

Parking: Is provided free of charge right outside your door. Please note, however, that Exmouth Escape Resort accepts no responsibility for your vehicle.”

Cleanliness: We kindly ask that you leave the villa in a reasonable state of cleanliness, with all dishes washed and put away. An extra cleaning fee may be applied in exceptional cases.

Liability: Guests are personally responsible for any damages, missing inventory, or unpaid charges incurred during their stay. This liability cannot be waived.

Smoking: Is a not permitted in all Villas or Apartments. We reserve the right to recover costs for any smoke damage.
